Your name and address, invoice number and reason for return must accompany all returns.

In the event of incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods please contact our customer services helpline on 01543 252010 or fax on 01543 255556 who will correct the problem with the minimum of fuss.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
In the case of special order items we reserve the right to decline refunds or apply a handling charge at our discretion.

ORDER SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE
Please advise us of any problems with order shortages or carrier damage by the end of the next working day.  We regret that due to limitations imposed on us by our carriers, beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
