NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY

Please DO NOT book your car into the workshop, take time off work or otherwise commit yourself to a specific day until the parts are in your hand.

On rare occasions couriers can and do make mistakes.  We also are not perfect and we can and do occasionally make mistakes.  We will not accept any liability for cancelled workshop time or lost time from work so please do the sensible thing!

Shipping times quoted are from time of despatch and are quoted as 'working days' - Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.

We use a variety of carriers depending on your location, the speed of service required and the physical size of the delivery.

Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt and cannot always be left without one so please make sure that there will be someone at your deleivery address to receive the parcel.

We have a minimum shipping charge that will be applied in all cases and we will not be liable for refund of shipping charges where the carrier has delayed the delivery for whatever reason.

Some or the rarer imported parts may take two or three weeks before they arrive in the UK but you will be advised of the approximate delivery time before your order is processed.
